Fascia is a dense, web-like connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, nerve, blood vessel, and organ. It influences the structural integrity of the whole body.

Myofascial Release is a safe and highly effective form of soft tissue hands-on manipulation that releases restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia) and helps restore an individual’s “physiologic adaptive capacity". When restrictions are released space is created. This restores movement and glide-ability in the body. A chain reaction on all levels of the mind-body complex is created. Efficiency and functioning of the whole body system is enhanced and facilitates the release of emotions and stored active memories.

The treatment may improve mobility and gliding between may be tissue layers, reduce pain, and increase range of movement.

No oils are used.

Clients often feel “lighter”, more “aligned”, more “balanced” and calmer.
